While we were dating Jaime and I had talked about getting married, but decide that we needed to wait until we both had real jobs. Well ten years ago today I started my first real job. On my lunch break I went to spend my first two months of salary and bought her an engagement ring. We went out to Red Lobster to celebrate "my new job." On the way home I took a detour to to the beach and proposed to her under the light of the moon.
(Now some of you believe the story to be more like a walk in the sand at lock 3 under the light of the Dupont plant, but it is all about how you tell the story.)
