Yummy in my tummy

JPV and I made chocolate chip cookies. He is a good little helper. He pours, dumps and stirs. He really is a fan of the dough, i guess he takes after his momma. He did a really good job of putting the dough on the pan. He also enjoyed the finished product.

My first goggles!

JPV got goggles for our trip to Chattanooga, but didn't want to use them. He now doesn't take a bath without them. What a cutie!!

Tricycle

JPV was practicing riding his tricycle and then daddy decided it would be more fun to start at the top of the hill and go all the way across the driveway and down the other side.

JPV's new love is scooby doo. I finally found some pjs for him and he lived in them for about 36 hours. He wants to wear them every night.

Pretty little girl

Bowling

I was amazed that a number of times he would stand and watch the ball hit the pins. It was a pretty slow moving ball and he has a lot of energy, but he stood and watched the pins go down.

Greta slept most of the time, but was awake briefly when we first got there.

We went bowling and had a good time on Sunday. JPV has a good bowler. he would watch the other people and want to throw the ball instead of roll it on the ground. however, when he would try to swing his arm to throw it, he would step over the line. It was so much fun to go bowling. brandon and i will need to try without the bumpers though to see how we actually do!!

BOYS!

Maybe because i didn't have a brother, but how can they be so fasinated with bodily functions. JPV has discovered burping and tooting. He burps or makes himself burp and then giggles. We have him say excuse me, but he still giggles. And then today (at the table of course) Brandon has this saying:

Excuse me, Excuse me,
from the bottom of my heart,
if it had been the other end,
it would have been a toot (whispered by Jackson).

How would he know this? I haven't even heard this before. I think I will have a lot to learn.

Haircuts

JPV got a haircut and then decided he was going to cut Brandon and Greta's hair. Please note he even put the paper around Brandon's neck. He doesn't miss a thing!!

Greta is three months old

I took 3 month pictures of Greta. I can't believe she is 3 months. Times goes too quickly. She is a good baby. She sleeps, eats, and giggles. She adores jackson and daddy. Also, the blanket on the top picture is the one I made.

Georgia Aquarium

Greta with the penquins
Jackson had fun making pennies

small clawed otters. momma's favorite

JPV liked to put his fingers in the water, but didn't want to touch anything.

the colors are beautiful

Jackson liked to identify the creatures he was seeing. He is very bright and did an amazing job at matching them.

JPV didn't want to sit in the dome as there was a large sting ray lying on the sand.

We also went to the Georgia Aquarium. It was interesting to see all the fish and animals. It was very busy there and we actually shut it down. It was a long fun day. I am very lucky to have such a wonderful family.

Zoo Atlanta

just one of the lions!
The gorillas were amazing.

Jackson liked the alligator

and Greta liked the pandas!

JPV really liked to roar like a lion. He wanted to have his picture taken with the lions alot

and he wanted Grandpa Paul to carry him most of the time.

We went to Zoo Atlanta and the elephants were not happy campers. They were trumpeting and running back and forth. When a 6000 lb elephant is not happy, you would think going the other way would be smart, but it was really very interesting and fun to hear and see them. Thanks Grandma and Grandpa for coming with us. We had a great time.
