Greta was her usual quiet and peaceful self throughout the service. She barely flinched when the water was poured over her head.

Baptism

With family in town for Christmas we were able to have Greta baptized on Saturday, December 26th. Thank you to Chelsea, Kali, and Alex for serving as Godparents for Greta.

For those who haven't gotten to meet Greta yet, this is what you are missing. She sleeps, eats, messes an occasional diaper and then sleeps some more. She has been a very good baby so far.

Bubba Mary picked Jackson up from school early to go to Barnes & Noble to pick out a book. He couldn't wait to get home and read his new Scooby Doo book to Greta.

Big Brother

I woke up this morning and Bubba Linda had come over to stay with me because my Mommy and Daddy were at the hospital. Mommy has been taking care of my baby sister in her tummy for a long time and now she is ready to come out.

I told Bubba Linda that I don't want the baby to come out, but no one is listening to me.

Bubba said we should go meet my new baby sister at the hospital. I said "Is she sick?" Bubba said no and I asked "why is she in the hospital?" Bubba said because my baby sister is coming out of Mommy's tummy, but I said "I think she should stay in Mommy's tummy." Bubba wants to go see her her but I told her "I will wait until she feels better."

My name is Greta Elizabeth Vonderharr. I entered this world the morning of 11/30/2009at 5:19am. The doctors said I weigh 6 pounds 11 ounces and I am 20 1/2 inches long.

My Auntie Ti said that blogging is a good way to keep everyone up to date with what is going on with me. I will tell you all about my birthday in a little bit. For now I just wanted to say good morning.
